Requirements
- Zapier Integration Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations using Zapier to connect our internal systems with various third-party applications.
- Create Zaps to automate workflows and streamline processes, enhancing overall system efficiency.
- Python and Django Development:
- Utilize your strong proficiency in Python and Django to build and maintain scalable backend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zapier functionalities into our existing applications.
- Zapier Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with Zapier updates, features, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zapier integrations to ensure seamless automation.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Zapier integration possibilities.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation for Zapier integrations, including setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for internal and external reference.
- Code Review and Optimization:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Identify areas for optimization and implement performance improvements in integration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer amp; at least 1 year focusing on Zapier integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django web frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of Zapier's capabilities, triggers, actions, and overall workflow automation.
- Experience working with various third-party applications and APIs.
- Solid understanding of database systems and data synchronization processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
