As an HR Executive at Tbot Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of HR operations and supporting the company's talent management initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, managing employee relations, and implementing various HR programs and initiatives. Additionally, you will provide support to the HR team in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
- Advise hiring managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
