Role: Associate Product Marketing Manager/Product Marketing Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Setting the vision for our content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Developing a diverse content portfolio, directed to both technical and non-technical audiences, and serving the entire customer journey, from awareness to purchase and post-sales
- Serving as an expert on dropthought’s platform, customer needs, and competitive landscape in order to accelerate adoption and usage
- Working with the Heads of Marketing to create core product positioning and messaging
- Working with customers and partners to understand business requirements for translation into sales tools, and uncovering successes to create case studies
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs to make data-driven enhancements
- Create customer-facing content along the buyer's journey as well as sales enablement assets.
- Editing and improving writing sourced from teams across the company.
- Manage content calendar for dropthought by working with different stakeholders to develop and publish content.
You can be a great match, if you fulfill the following criteria:
- BA/BS in business or related field; MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of hands-on B2B content marketing experience ideally in the enterprise SaaS space
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in nurturing a target audience across various platforms and formats such as, blog, email, and social media to drive traffic and convert
- Experience developing content across a variety of mediums, including short-form (email scripts, ads and social media posts) and long-form (white papers, ebooks, long articles).
- Understanding of content production processes including design, layout, reviews, and approval
- Creativity. Someone who is willing to bring an endless supply of new ideas. This role offers LOTS of room to think creatively.
- Ownership. Someone who is comfortable taking on projects and seeing them through to completion. Someone whom colleagues can count on to work independently.
