About the role
This role is based in Gurgaon. In this key role, the person will be reporting to the CRM Manager. You will be working on Channels like Email, App Push, SMS and Whatsapp. Using these channels you will be responsible for executing customized and Segmented Marketing campaigns.
You will be working in a cross functional team setup where you will work closely with the Product, Content, Design and data team. You will be helping in developing CRM strategy by driving A/B tests and extracting insights from the data.
