Job summary:

The Associate Human Resources Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization. This role reports to the Human Resources Business Partner and collaborates closely with various departments to deliver HR services and solutions.

The Associate Pamp;C BP is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle. This role plays an important role in providing appropriate solutions to employee issues in ensuring the Pamp;C department is a highly regarded service focused department adding value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Have a deep understanding of talent within the Business unit
  • Design and maintain appropriate talent data sheets as required

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.
  • Own and implement the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

HR Administration:

  • Create and maintain accurate HR records and documentation as required
  • Support performance management processes by tracking performance evaluations, providing guidance to managers, and assisting in performance improvement plans.

Policy Compliance:

  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.

HR Projects:

  • Own and implement HR projects and initiatives

Employee Engagement

  • Own and implement parts of the Employee Engagement program as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (any)
  • Diploma/MBA in HRM (Not required)
  • 2-4 years of work experience as a generalist or Junior HR BP
  • Good Understanding of HR practices
