Requirements

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Including product managers, engineers , data scientists to conceptualize the design
2. Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedbacks and incorporating user research findings
3. Develop and Iterate one design prototypes from concept to final hand-off to engineering
4. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design enhancements.
5. Stay up to date on current design trends in design amp; Design tools
6. Conduct user research to understand user behaviour and needs
7. Design wireframe and communicate your idea with design and product team.
8. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, photoshop, sketch, illustrator etc..

Eligibility

1. Should have 2+ years of experience in product design
2. Good understanding of UI/UX principles
3. Experience in planning, conducting user research and competitor analysis
4. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) + presentation skills
