Job Description

The position entails developing and overseeing a business operation aimed at increasing sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction. This involves directing, coordinating, and monitoring all sales activities. Additionally, it includes assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and creating forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans for the branch.

Roles amp; Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the business plan approved by the Centre Head/Management.
  • Identifying partnership opportunities in both US and Indian markets.
  • The ideal candidate will take the lead in generating and engaging with business partners to expand the company's business.
  • Promoting all services from the portfolio to current as well as prospective clients.
  • Ensuring team members' goal setting aligns with the business plan.
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels. Additionally, bringing client requirements for the recruitment team (preferably IT recruitment) by connecting with Procurement/Business teams of potential clients.
  • Penetrating the market by prospecting and acquiring new clients and securing orders from existing clients.
  • Maintaining personal rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Creating a feedback mechanism for clients through various processes such as Weekly Catch-up Calls, Monthly Feedback Review Calls, and Quarterly Feedback Forms.
  • Responsible for managing Key Accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Estimating the revenue potential with each client monthly to plan deliveries.
  • Ensuring target revenues are met for each managed client.
  • Managing the end-to-end value chain of the business, including acquiring new clients, account management, invoicing, and collection.

Requirements

  • A strong drive to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and related skills.
