Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with strong business acumen and great potential to unlock opportunities at Ampler Technologies. The role of the Business Development/Sales Account Manager involves visiting Corporate Customers to understand their needs and propose our value-added solutions. This position focuses on establishing relationships with receptive customers and facilitating the discovery of innovative and cost-effective solutions through our System Integration Services amp; Solutions.

Roles amp; Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Collaborate with partner distributors/OEMs to generate leads and successfully close deals.
  • Successfully achieve company objectives by effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend our global reach.
  • Arrange regular client meetings to discuss and understand their requirements.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with potential clients by comprehending their needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate important quantitative metrics and business trends as they pertain to partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 - 9 years of experience in selling networking solutions, cybersecurity solutions, cloud computing, servers/storage, edge computing, software sales in the corporate sector, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving superior performance metrics and possessing strong negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Education: - UG: Any undergraduate degree - PG: Any postgraduate degree or MBA/PGDM in Marketing
