The role will report to the DevOps Development Manager.

Essential:

• Strong configuration and functional knowledge of SAP HCM, especially Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience of the full project life-cycle stages: requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing and production support.
• Exposure to supporting SaaS delivered technology.
• Awareness of applying Data Protection legislation and Security principles to ensure appropriate management of Personal Data.
• Incident Management.
• Cross platform integration and Testing skills.
• Good Presentation skills and verbal written communication skills.
• Team player and client facing.

Requirements

• Experience of SAP ABAP Technical development
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other additional modules
• Agile methodology including use of DevOps (or a similar product) to manage change delivery
• Use of Reporting amp; Analytics to gain Business Insights and identity future opportunity for improvement
