Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our award winning Global Marketing Team to support us in delivering marketing strategies and campaigns that drive high quality MQLs for our sales community. Working with teams across the UK, APAC, America and Canada, as well as our established team in Vadodara, India, this role will have particular focus on maximising lead generation through digital channels and driving inbound. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment, with demonstrable experience in acquiring and nurturing MQLs, and growing lead pipeline. The environment is exciting and fast paced and the role will offer variety and ownership to the successful candidate. Successful applicants will have excellent written and spoken English, and have solid experience in copywriting for various B2B marketing channels and audiences.

Principal Accountabilities · Work closely with the Marketing Managers to support them in building and executing marketing campaigns. · Design and implement both engagement amp; lead nurture campaigns to generate sales leads and pipeline to develop leads through the sales cycle, within agreed timescales and budget. · Develop a clear understanding of business objectives, value propositions, target markets and buyer personas. · Assess and select appropriate marketing mix for each campaign, including direct marketing, online/digital marketing, live and virtual events, advertising, and promotion. · Develop marketing collateral to support each campaign and programme, including liaising with internal stakeholders and potentially external agencies to execute and deliver multiple campaigns · Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation data to drive customer and prospect communications

· Manage online presence via website, social media, and appropriate partners · Effectively manage a budget following defined protocols · Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI · Work with the global marketing team across a range of specialisms to deliver campaigns with a string RoI · Liaising with internal and external designers to create marketing collateral. · Work closely with the Marketing Services Team to brief in digital marketing programmes and activities

Reporting Relationships Head of Marketing (UK) and Head of Marketing (APAC)

Essential Competencies · Confident, experienced professional with strong communication skills · Excellent spoken and written English · A proven ability to write strong B2B marketing copy for a range of materials from email marketing to social media posts, web content etc · Self-starter who can work autonomously, as well as being a key team player · Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering B2B marketing campaigns that deliver leads and pipeline · Excellent prioritisation skills, able to successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously · Enjoy meeting new people and feel confident managing relationships with a wide international network of colleagues, suppliers, customers, and partners. · Work within agreed marketing plan to develop campaign ideas and activities · Manage own workload

Requirements
