TBot Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager specializing in IT Procurement to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, your role will be crucial in driving company revenue by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding our customer base, and managing a team of sales professionals.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT procurement solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional sales results
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT procurement solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in IT procurement sales
- Prior experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement solutions and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
