About the role
As the Marketing amp; Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our mindshare as the go-to bridge. The role lies at an intersection of social media management amp; growth, perfect for a candidate who thrives in writing content focused on product growth. You will be responsible to craft amp; execute our social media/content strategy to grow our brand presence amp; market share.
What you will do:
- Craft amp; execute a comprehensive social media amp; content strategy that aligns with our growth objectives
- Create content that effectively communicates the value of our using our product, driving narratives within the community and increasing demand for it
- Find creative ways to highlight Bungee amp; its features to our target audience
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve content strategies.
- Establish a unique amp; consistent brand voice in the developer community for our company
- Work closely with external amp; internal stakeholders to conduct campaigns/ launches or announcements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience driving content/socials at a user-focused crypto product
- Ability to structure ideas in written form and communicate technical concepts in a simple manner
- Immersed in the latest narratives amp; have a strong grasp of meme trends
- Knowledge or experience using different chains, DeFi protocols amp; bridges
- Strong ability to work amp; create processes to streamline activities
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good eye for design and storyboarding for videos
