Role Purpose
The role as a Senior Admin Executive is to oversee and manage all aspects of facility and administrative operations at Indore Office. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of these facilities, supporting the company's employees, and maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
Principal Accountabilities
· In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures.
· Ensure proper SOP is being maintained for all Admin Operation across the company.
· Monitoring amp; Managing inventory of office supplies.
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and optimum utilization of resources.
· Manpower management i.e., Housekeeping, Security, Office Support.
· Management of petty cash.
· Maintaining and developing the infrastructural facilities and keeping track of its proper maintenance.
· Procurement of Sim Cards, Dongles, Landline/Mbile phones for Office.
· Managing AMC and various service contracts by assessing optimum requirement and quality service deliveries by vendors/agencies towards Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, Cafeteria, Vending Machines, Air Conditioners, Fire amp; Safety Equipment, Pest control, Electrical maintenance.
· Assets Management through tracking of asset records and ensuring that the Fixed asset records are always maintained / updated.
· Managing all events across Region amp; related articles.
· Ensuring smooth functioning of CCTV amp; control of all movement at the Office through it.
· Coordination during ISO amp; compliance audit
· Check amp; Coordination with Finance team for invoicing for payment process to vendor.
· Employee coordination
· Travel management: Oversee and coordinate/manage all travel Local arrangement requirement including Air ticket booking, hotel booking, Visa processing, forex issuance, and Vehicle (Cab) arrangement.
Education
Graduation with any discipline with good practical experience
Essential Competencies
· Significant experience with office management and daily operations
· Good practical experience with MS Office
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
