· Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet all reporting specifications and requirements.
· Assisting with training and onboarding processes.
· Maintaining, managing, and updating software/applications/tools.
· Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
· Creating reports on timesheets, workforce management, resource utilization matrix, client utilization, resource performance stats etc.
· Preparing data for client invoicing.
· Preparing and updating client Pamp;L - Average billable rates etc.
· Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep
· Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records
Requirements
