Requirements
Role:

Location - Bangalore
Role:
- The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for handling customer queries on chat call and email.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, work as per rotational week offs
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualification:
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Skills Required for the role- Typing speed of 30 wpm, Fluent in English and Hindi

Working hours:
- 5 day working Rotational shift timings and week offs
- Shift timings can rotate b/w 8am-6pm, 9am-7pm, 10am-8pm and 11am-9pm
