RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Content Creation:Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, videos, and animations for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and more.Content Strategy:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media content strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives and target audience.Branding:Ensure that all social media content is consistent with the company's branding guidelines and maintains a cohesive and recognizable look and feel.Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and design techniques to create content that resonates with the audience.Campaigns:Assist in the design of social media advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives.Engagement:Create content that encourages user engagement, likes, shares, and comments, and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.Analytics:Monitor the performance of social media content and campaigns and use data insights to optimize designs and strategies for better results.Scheduling:Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that visual content aligns with the overall messaging and goals.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Designer or a similar role.Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media design projects.Understanding of social media platforms, their audience, and best practices.Creativity and an eye for design, including a deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Basic knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to use data to refine content strategies.Familiarity with video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.Knowledge of HTML and web design principles may be beneficial.A passion for staying updated with the latest design and social media trends.
