We are seeking a motivated, creative and innovative full-time Assistant Manager -Global Accounting to join our fast-paced Finance shared service team.The successful candidate should be a qualified Charted Accountant/CMA having prior experience working in shared service center and having global accounting or tax experience.The candidate should be comfortable working directly with other teams but also be an independent self-starter capable of meeting high output expectations.
What you’ll Do
ØManagement Reports - Reporting of financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
ØPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the accounts detailing the general ledger balances, research discrepancies, and prepare adjusting transactions necessary to make corrections to appropriate accounting records.
ØPerform Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
ØResponsible for Treasury management
ØClosely working with Sales team on renewal, Quote creation and Margin calculation
ØPerform all month-end closing activities and reporting the trial balance for consolidation.
ØAssist auditors with journal entry examinations, intercompany reconciliations, financial audits
ØProvide research and problem-solving support for other accounting teams and business.
ØProvidead-hoc support and services as needed.
Requirements
ØShould be a Charted Accountants/CMA with3-5 years’ experience
ØReadiness to support international team as per different time zones
ØProficiency in Microsoft Office.
ØSalesforce.com experience would be an added advantage
ØKnowledge of ERP Package, preferably NetSuite.
ØExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
ØStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
ØAbility to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
ØFlexibility and ability to multi-task are a must
