Requirements
PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY STACK
- API testing tools Postman, Neuman, SOAP UI
- UI Automation Frameworks/ tools Selenium, UFT, Tosca
- Requirements and test management tools JIRA, Test Workbench, HPQC
- Storage amp; Databases PostgreSQL, HANA
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a Quality Assurance engineer you will be a team member in our Cross functional team in Pune.
In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute to Customer Co-innovation projects. This includes aspects of design, development and integration in customer landscape / the analysis and specification of the customer-specific business requirements as well as the design, implementation, maintenance phases.
You will be working with geographically distributed teams seamlessly.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable.
- Ability to effectively communicate test progress, Quality and release Risks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with key stakeholders across different lines of business and hierarchies
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of experience in software Testing/Quality Assurance/ Automation.
- Experience in QA processes and tools, Test Management systems, Designing and running tests on web applications or backend systems and analysing bugs.
- Functional knowledge of Banking, Finance, and Payments domain.
- Worked on multiple banking / financial projects.
- Knowledge of Omni-channel Banking would be preferred.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Experience in being part of a large-scale software development projects distributed across geographical locations.
- Able to deploy, configure and manage JAVA/J2EE based test environments.
- Cloud deployment knowledge is preferable.
- Experience to work with geographically distributed teams.
