Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall Company's digital marketing strategy. Such as,
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to maximize user engagement and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and apply best practices to enhance campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and manage bidding strategies for Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports to present to management, highlighting campaign progress and key findings.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid marketing (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful paid campaigns that achieved measurable results.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
