Our design team is headed by Divye Bokdia.We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and assist with our CRM (customer relationship management) efforts. The intern will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system, as well as assisting with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Creating visually appealing graphics, such as digital assets, posters, flyers and brochuresDesigning and formatting marketing materials, presentations, and documentsAdhere to brand guidelines while working on concepts amp; deliverablesRetouch and manipulate images as per project requirementsCollaborate with the Creative Director and Design Manager to develop design conceptsWorking closely with other team members, such as product designers, marketing professionals, content creators, and developers, to ensure that design aligns with project goals.Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions and providing design solutions for communication challenges.Managing and organizing design files and assets.Actively seeking and incorporating feedback to enhance design skills and knowledgeTaking advantage of learning opportunities, workshops, and training to further develop design skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:Pursuing or have recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a related fieldProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other design tools is essential.Understanding design principles, color theory, typography, and layout is crucial.Familiarity with web design principles, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, and the ability to create digital assets for websites and appsStrong creative and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesThe ability to take initiative and work independently when required
