Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and respond to escalated incidents, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain customer systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements for optimal performance and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes to contribute to the knowledge base and ensure efficient support and troubleshooting.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in the IT infrastructure domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.
