Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using various platforms and technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
