Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Tbot Systems, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with Tbot Systems' overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical experts and account managers, to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Tbot Systems' products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the information technology and services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, including hardware, networking, software, and related services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to sales and lead generation, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
