The candidate should be a Bachelor’s degree in Business management / Commerce / Engineering or a related field, with a master's degree preferred, with 12-15 years' experience in procurement and at least 2-3 years of experience in the People management.

- Experience in handle End-to-End P2P process related to IT Hardware, Software, Infra, Admin-Infra amp; Facilities, Real Estate, Maintenance and Corporate etc..,
- Should possess sharp business acumen skills and ensure to source, suggest and buy right product, at a right price, quality and timelines.
- Manage the relationship with all existing and new third-party suppliers with responsibility for Purchase order/ Contract, commercial terms, relationship development and
- Develop and manage associated sourcing processes; drive compliance with procurement processes, procedures, and best practice initiatives
- In-depth knowledge on Sourcing (RFP, RFQ) Procurement principles and best practices.
- Fair Market Evaluation : Techno-commercial discussion with the contractors/vendors and short-listing. Analysis of commercials with business teams, Market research / Comparison of with incumbent. Negotiation with the short-listed vendors primarily in terms of price, time schedule and payment terms.
- Manage and follow appropriate policies and adhere to spend delegation compliances.
- Preparation of business case with comprehensive recommendation to the management for financial approval.
- To negotiate the contracts, post negotiation, draft the contract and concur the same with various internal teams like Legal, Compliance amp; Finance
- Ability to manage a team of 5-7 Procurement officers.
- Hands-on experience on the SaaS cloud based systems specific to Procurement, Supply chain management.
- Good communication and client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools amp; techniques to solve business challenges.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones.
- Collaborate with various internal (Cross functional teams) and external stakeholders (Suppliers).
- Ability to manage the key business stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage the operations effectively.
- MIS, Reporting activities amp; Hands on experience in MS office packages
- Analytical mindset, but also creativity to seek, encourage and find non-traditional approaches that have historically boxed-in procurement.
