Inventory Control Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate inventory valuation reports using our ERP system for all locations.
• Reconciliation of the valuation reports between our ERP system and the physical inventory counts at all locations.
• Generate 3 rd party warehouse old inventory and quarantined inventory reports in our ERP system for the all locations.
• Reconciliation of the 3rd party warehouse invoices
• Update and maintain Raw Materials Template Updated spreadsheet on an ongoing basis
• Update and maintain Raw Materials Physical Reconcile spreadsheet and submit information to Inside Sales department
• Coordinate and control monthly/quarterly/semi-annual and annual physical inventory counts for the various plants and locations.
• Generate raw materials inventory report using our ERP system for all locations
• Generate negative inventory report using our ERP for all locations
• Monthly obsolete Inventory review for Inside Sales teams in all locations
• Other tasks as assigned by reporting manage

Requirements

• AA Degree in Accounting or Business discipline (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 4 - 8 years’ experience in an inventory related capacity
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must write, read, and speak English fluently
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to travel as needed
