You’ll be working with the Finance team.
This team runs on coffee, reports, audits, excel sheets, business plans, and an infectious passion for building financial partnerships with a large set of direct and indirect stakeholders.

What you will do:
As the FPamp;A Manager at Exponent, you will own and drive all Financial Metrics and interlinkages between finance and business decisions, while supporting Accounting, and Control processes at Exponent.
Responsibilities:
- Understand all key metrics that are critical for Business decision-making in each function across theorganization (Ramp;D, Business, and Supply Chain) and work with them to develop team-wise and org-wide AOPs in line with the investor expectations
- Working with and partnering with key teams as follows:
- Business Teams - identify and implement processes to build meaningful pricing and profitability models, smart commercial terms, and enable expeditious and sound business decisions
- Ramp;D develop reporting mechanisms to track spending and ensure strong governance of budgets
- Supply Chain structure CoGS targets, design effective commercial terms with suppliers, and establish purchase-to-pay processes
- Other Teams establish and deliver their AoP targets and ensure compliance with Control and Good Governance
- Partner with Accounting, Controllership, All Other Sub Finance functions to ensure a bridge between MIS - Accounting numbers and their reporting
The ideal candidate requires:
- MBA, CFA, CA, is MOST preferred, but not mandatory
- 3-4+ years
- Understanding of Value Chain and experience in building org-wide AoPs Experience in manufacturing firms
