We are looking for a Communication Manager who will be responsible for effectively communicating with our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide regular updates to clients regarding their project status. Additionally, the Communication Manager will play a critical role in presenting daily reports and other relevant reports to clients on a daily and weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with US clients via calls, emails, and chat to address their inquiries, and concerns, and provide updates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Present daily Reports/weekly reports and other necessary reports to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and compile relevant data for reports.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in global client communication or account management is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral accent suitable for US clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a UK shift, which may involve evening or night hours.
- High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
