Position Summary

The HR Transformation unit Is a community of practice that brings together thought leaders, practitioners, consultants driven by the passion of creating a highly nimble HR organization that's prepared, ready to evolve as the workplace of tomorrow change.

You will seek data-driven insights to attract and develop great people to power and grow Etraveli. You will support and scale our people analytics and insight within the HR team. You'll be an advisor, consultant, technology advocate, data analyst, engineer, and security/privacy advocate.


Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize people data from various sources within and outside of Human Resources to discover aspects of the employee journey (hiring, onboarding, inclusion, employee/leadership development, engagement, and change management) and determine opportunities for improvement that will continuously drive healthy metrics and engagement scores.
  • Produce models, materials, and dashboards using people metrics that track and measure the health of the organization in meaningful and impactful ways with intuitive visualization.
  • Explore creative and innovative ways to make People's data more accessible, more accurate, and more meaningful. Identify and leverage opportunities for improving the overall employee experience.
  • Innovate and experiment with ways of collecting, measuring, and examining people's data that will lead to useful analysis and business insights.
  • Play a key role on the HR Transformation team with all matters as they relate to the Humans of Etraveli and strategic company objectives and enabling data literacy and a data-driven culture.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working on people analytics amp; insights
  • Fluency in Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, proficient in SQL- familiarity with modeling tools such as R/Python is a plus
  • Passion and curiosity for data as it pertains to the employee experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Both creative amp; analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple manner
  • Experience in visualization techniques, and analysis
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and time management skills, with a preference to detail orientation and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to concurrently run multiple projects in a dynamic environment
