Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses to improve SEM amp; PMAX traffic and increase ROAS.
- Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues.
- Submitting reports, analyzing and implementing the changes to meet the KPI’s.
- Maintain and optimize ads based on analytics and ad results.
- Utilize Google Analytics to better understand the customer journey, measure goals and explore channels that can be improved.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets and Prepare accurate reports on our campaign’s overall performance.
- Create workflows within the departments.
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in an ecommerce environment (fashion is a plus)
- Experience with SEO, PPC, SEM, Meta, Snapchat and Tiktok
- Hands on expertise of Google ads and Facebook ads is a MUST
- Understanding of Digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS
- Comfortable using BI tools ( Power BI)
- Experience in Retargeting platforms (Criteo, RTB) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps
- Experience in Budgeting
