Job Description
Koru UX Design is actively seeking a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have 3 to 4 years of industry experience in Recruitment and other HR functions which include onboarding, leave and attendance management, training and development, performance management, employee engagement and other HR operations at Koru.
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our HR team, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding our hiring needs and executing recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Posting job openings on various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and our application tracking system.
- Managing candidate interactions throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to post-joining engagement.
- Ensuring the accurate preparation and meticulous record-keeping of all HR-related documents and letters.
- Overseeing the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Fostering employee engagement through activities like team-building events and celebrating employees’ work anniversaries.
- Coordinating and driving the training and development process in collaboration with employees and team leads.
- Executing the half-yearly performance management system with precision and timeliness.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment, including expertise in sourcing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in various HR functions, demonstrating a systematic approach.
- Positive attitude and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and file management on cloud drives.
- Familiarity with ATS (Application Tracking System) and HRMS software.
