Job Description

About the Role:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for strategizing, sourcing, contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates as per the business requirements of the South region (Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu amp; Kerala). The incumbent will be acting as a strong business and consulting partner where he/she will partner with the hiring manager for all business lines.
  • The incumbent will be based at Bangalore and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the internal and external stakeholders across India.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To clearly understand the recruitment requirement, strategize the recruitment approach considering the position dynamics and TAT and manage the end to end Recruitment cycle.
  • To work with hiring managers/Business line managers to maximise effectiveness of the recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against required criteria.
  • Will be majorly responsible for volume hiring for frontline sales and service staff within defined TAT and monthly target
  • To source, screen and interview the potential candidates through effective usage of all possible sources like Employee references, head hunting, job portals, database etc.
  • To manage the salary negotiation Offer generation process
  • To maintain the required recruitment MIS/reports for review with management
  • To proactively manage a pipeline of resumes to effectively identify talent and manage the applicant experience in line with the brand
  • To work on Recruitment tools like the ATS, HRMS and manage company Career amp; Referral ID
  • To coordinate with internal teams for induction, recruitment data amp; other reports.
  • To facilitate the hiring of Technicians through referrals, walk in drives, sourcing through local agencies, manage the onboarding process amp; MIS reporting
  • To work on ad-hoc assignments as per the Function/Business requirements

Requirements

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

  • Any graduate with minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience of which a min of 1 year should be in front line sales amp; service staff hiring
  • Should have a basic knowledge of MS Office/G-Suite
  • Should know Kannada amp; Telugu
  • Should be willing to travel to RPCI corporate office when required and across the Southern region to manage the recruitment requirements
