QA SOP Document Review Specialist

Leading Global Personal Care corporation has an immediate need for a Document Control Specialist who is experienced with Quality Assurance and SOP documentation. The objective of this role is to review the Standard Operating Procedures of various local regions of the world, identify commonalities and duplications, in order to help consolidate and reduce the overall number of Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Duties:

Review and compare Standard Operating Procedures for local regions, identify areas of commonalities and duplication.

Recommend strategy for consolidating SOPs together, to reduce duplicate SOPs.

Carefully track the SOPs that have been reviewed, and which will be consolidated.

Route recommendations to leadership for review and approval

Archive documents in accordance with company standards

Requirements

Required Skills

• Preference for someone with Document Management System use experience
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced and deadline driven and carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products
