Responsibilities

  • Conduct an assessment of HR processes, systems, operations and development of HR
  • Transformation roadmap including contributing to benefits cases and business cases.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap assessments, and process re-engineering with a human-centered design approach.
  • Implement well-architected digital HR transformation roadmap- technology solutions. From end to end, as we are set to deliver more value, better outcomes, and increased productivity.
  • Lead the way when it comes to helping our internal clients make sense of and draw insights from the rapid changes happening in the market. Effectively organize and communicate information in compelling ways, including developing deliverables and facilitating meetings and working sessions.
  • Transfer of knowledge, tools, and methods. Build the needed capability in our HR service delivery organization/ arm to enable the speed of transformation.
  • Actively contribute to continuing to grow yourself and the HR Transformation COE globally.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a human resources role or equivalent, including progressively responsible roles in management and/or consulting
  • You keep up with trends in the market today and have your own point of view on how work is changing for businesses and people and are excited about helping organizations shape and prepare for this.
  • Eager to take initiative and lead at any level. You are proactive and hardworking, and will contribute positively to your teams, internal clients and community.
  • Able to synthesize, assess and communicate information effectively. You can use analysis, experience, and judgment to develop meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with sometimes unpredictable circumstances or changes and make informed decisions without all the information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi priorities and deliver commitments on time.
