Job Description

Quantive is seeking an awesome People Operations and Talent Coordinator with 1-2+ years of experience to join the team and help continue to level up our People Ops and Talent function.

This role is based in our Indore office, and we require employees to be physically present at the office to foster strong team connections, collaboration, and occasional in-person meetings.

The Role

Your primary role as People Ops amp; Talent Coordinator will be to support the ongoing operations of all things People. Your remit will span the entire team member life cycle and will play a key role in helping to maintain and continue to improve the experience of working at Quantive. Reporting to the People and Talent Manager, you'll be the go-to person for team member questions, new team member onboarding, team events, benefits and payroll questions, HRIS management, and more. On the talent side, you'll actively contribute to Talent processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates for our Indore office.

This is an excellent position for a driven, motivated, organized people person with the desire to learn and grow in an all-encompassing People role.

The Details

On the People Ops side you will:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, iterating and improving processes in India to ensure top-notch operations
  • Manage and update People Ops templates and process documentation
  • Support with onboarding and training of new people hires
  • Be the go-to resource for general team member questions
  • Keep our HRIS (BambooHR) updated, assisting with reporting as necessary
  • Coordinate team member events and team happiness initiatives in our Indore office
  • Support with employer branding initiatives, proactively brainstorming opportunities for improvement
  • Support with benefits enrollment and administration; document, track and manage across locations
  • Track and manage payroll changes
  • Track and manage paid leave within HRIS and payroll systems
  • Assist with culture, L+D, DEI, and other people ops initiatives as required

On the Talent Acquisition side, you will:

  • Work closely with hiring teams to develop a clear, consistent, effective, and engaging hiring process
  • Coordinate and manage the hiring process, screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing candidates in the pipeline, coordinating hiring team members, and ensuring smooth hiring operations from open req to new hire
  • Track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics, suggesting ways to improve
  • Manage requisitions and job posts in our ATS, ensuring all open reqs are submitted and maintaining consistency across job postings
  • Work with the People and Talent and hiring teams to implement, document, and improve talent acquisition strategy and processes

To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:

  • 1-2+ years experience in a similar role in Talent Acquisition or People Operations within a fast-growing startup/scale-up environment
  • Passion for creating an awesome team member experience
  • True care for candidate experience; you genuinely love hiring, and you're excited about the opportunity to have a massive impact on our candidate experience and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and a knack for process improvement

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments where the answer is not always known; you'll be helping us to create and implement strong processes and will play a key role in helping mature us from where we are to where we want to be
