Job Title:Lead Recruiter
Duration: Full-Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working on direct IT/ Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients, State Clients, or Implementers in the US.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
• Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
• Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model or any Staffing Model.
• All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.
Requirements
• Good Communication Skills required.
• Minimum 6 - 10 years of Experience in US Staffing. Higher experience can also be considered.
• Good understanding of IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology and US staffing industry.
• Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate.
• Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible amp; detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
• Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients
