TeamEpic’s first area of practice is in Data Science and Engineering amp; we are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing with a focus on achieving specific KPIs such as growing our newsletter subscriber base and generating qualified leads.

Requirements

Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and focuses on the defined KPIs (newsletter subscribers' growth and qualified lead generation)
  • Identify target audience segments and recommend the best channels and targeting options for reaching them.
  • Propose creative ad formats, messaging and visuals to optimize engagement

Campaign Management

  • Create, launch and manage advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Ads, with a focus on increasing newsletter subscribers and generating sales qualified leads.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad variations and implement learnings in future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the content writer and graphic designer to develop engaging ad creatives, copy and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets, monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI to ensure the allocated budget is utilized efficiently.
  • Adjust targeting, bidding and ad placements as needed to drive optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with the product manager and team to ensure alignment between performance marketing efforts and overall business objectives.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Setup and manage tracking and analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversion rate and cost per acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports to the product manager and team, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
