Yuvo works to increase access to primary care by supporting federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), the institutions that have dedicated the most to care for underserved communities. We work with FQHCs to help scale the quality of care they provide by providing access to new payment systems, developing and optimizing operational infrastructure, and convening partnerships in the broader care ecosystem so that they can increase their capacity and deliver the highest quality of care to their communities.

About the Role

Yuvo is hiring a Product Analyst to join our Product Team. In this role, the Product Analyst will use healthcare domain knowledge to perform market research and analyze value based care data while tracking product performance and recommending feature enhancements. This is a partially remote position for employees based in India, preferably Chennai.

Travel approximately once a month if not located in Chennai.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Scrum Master to inform and evaluate new features and experiences developed by the Product team
  • Assist Scrum Master as subject matter experts and point of contact for product support
  • Assist with collecting and using data that shapes and evolves insights and recommendations that influence the product development roadmap
  • Assist with synthesizing inputs from multiple internal and external sources into coherent, cohesive product requirements and stories
  • Assist with periodic regression testing for product performance evaluation
  • Data storytelling via decks and dashboards on product performance and market research findings that relay insights to non-technical audiences and senior leadership
  • Assist with designing and measuring A/B tests that help product teams understand the impact of new/alternate versions of features on user behavior
  • Prioritize task with product impact in mind, assessing speed/precision tradeoffs, and proactively communicating project statuses to collaborators and teammates
  • Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities
  • Any other duties are reasonably required


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an analytical position
  • At least 3 years’ experience coordinating projects
  • Experience with product life cycle
  • Experience in using data to improve products or processes
  • Experience using SQL or equivalent query language
  • Experience using process mapping and documentation tools (Confluence, LucidChart, Shortcut, etc)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present product performance and market research findings
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working on global teams


Nice to Have Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience working in an early stage startup
  • Experience in healthcare, specifically Risk Adjustment and HEDIS
  • Experience with Pendo, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc
  • Experience working with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc)
  • Ideal candidates will be based in Chennai, India

Benefits

Base Salary Range: $28,000 - $32,000 (20 lakhs - 28 lakhs)
