• Support and maintain Organization’s globally distributed infrastructure
• Manage and monitor VMs running in a hybrid virtualization environment (Hyper-V, VMWare, Amazon EC2 and Azure)
• Implement and maintain a highly available and reliable provisioning and automation environment based on API, C#, and PowerShell as well as Kaseya/ CW Automate/ RMM technology
• Own the process for releasing builds into Dev, Test, Stage and Production
• Own the process for releasing upgrades/ updates to customers, including patches, maintenance releases, etc.
• Help implement policies around hardware and OS level upgrades
• Enhance and support our global infrastructure and Cloud software monitoring solutions
• Experience with supporting SQL/ My SQL Databases
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Ramp;D, Customer Success, Support and Operations teams
• Resolve hardware, operational, infrastructure, performance, and application incidents
• Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to ensure infrastructure and application stability
• Participate in onboarding process lifecycle management and ownership of platforms, applications, and infrastructure services
• Willing to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call duties
• Develop and enhance service documentation
• Demonstrate ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment.

• Solid understanding of monitoring and troubleshooting
• Design and configure templates, triggers and alerts

Requirements

• Experience with server-side scripting automation
• Experience with Kaseya’s Products- ConnectWise products (Automate, Manage, Control and other supported plugins)
• Windows Administration experience (Active Directory, IIS, Disk management, Windows Patching, Performance)
• Scripting in either PowerShell, bash, or python environments
