Tbot Techno Systems, a leading IT solutions and services company, is looking for a talented and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with customers, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. You should be comfortable making cold calls and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone, email, or social media to generate leads and set up appointments
- Promote Tbot Techno Systems' products and services to customers and prospects
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build long-term loyalty
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
- Proven telesales experience in the IT or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong phone presence and experience making cold calls
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
