• Edit and finalize two 10-minute long segments per week, maintaining consistency in style and quality.
• Collaborate closely with the podcast production team to understand the creative vision and objectives.
• Incorporate graphics, text overlays, and relevant visuals to enhance the overall viewer experience.
• Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and engaging visual storytelling.
• Implement color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production processes to achieve professional standards.
• Manage and organize the media assets and project files efficiently.
• Communicate effectively to address feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
• Experience in editing podcasts, interviews, or similar long-form content is preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Excellent time management skills to meet regular episode release schedules.
