Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Handle employee relations and communication, including responding to employee concerns and questions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry.
