- Responsible for leading amp; directing development team.
- Coordination with customers amp; tooling supplier regarding ongoing project.
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and expertise within all operations.
- To scrutinize the new enquiries.
- Provide quotations for any new product development.

- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Determines the process for creating a new product.
- Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item.
- Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product.
- Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled.
- Monitor efficient working of all projects and ensure compliance to project plan. Engineering process knowledge
