Job Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist would be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence and brand visibility for Company Brands and Events. This role involves managing and creating content for various social media platforms, engaging with the target audience, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with the latest trends in social media marketing.


  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services across various platforms.
    • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including images, videos, and written posts, while adhering to the brand guidelines.
    • Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Social Media Advertising: Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics regularly to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to the marketing team.
    • Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve the company's social media presence.
    • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the company's reach and engage with a wider audience.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
    • Crisis Management: Address any negative feedback or issues raised by customers on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Strong creative and writing skills for content creation and copywriting.
