Ideal candidate:
The professional should have minimum 6 months or maximum 2 years of experience in voice process with excellent communication. The interested candidate should be willing to work in evening shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all the Customer Queries via Calls, Emails, Chat amp; SMS, provide timely and accurate information
Ability to Navigate between multiple sites to retrieve right information and provide it to the customer
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse and Logistics) to gather all necessary product information
Attend all Process/Mandatory Trainings and complete certifications on time and in full
Own, Handle and resolve all Customer queries and route Escalations in a timely manner
Should be proficient in completion of assigned Tasks and SLA’s on daily weekly and monthly basis, empower customer service through increased customer satisfaction and self help
Improve customer satisfaction through effective collaboration, very deep understanding of call centre tools, systems and processes
Strong process orientation and knowledge
Note:
The candidate should be currently living in Bangalore since the interview is walk-in.
