Personal Responsibility / Performance measures:
Safety amp; Security:-
_Heading region’s Security Division and ensuring provision of high level of Administrative,support for smooth functioning and safety of all infrastructures.
Monitoring policies, processes and procedures laid at corporate level, Vendor development, negotiating and releasing of Facility Management AMCs and contract preparation and administration.
Liaising with external agencies like fire dept.,police and Govt. departments for seamless operations.
Devised methods, local Standard Operating Procedures, and reviewed SOPs at intervals for effective control over the security situation
Conducting risk assessment for the multi locations including disaster recovery.
Regular training of personnel regarding loss prevention, Fraud and security issues._
_To have knowledge of applicable security rules and regulations that may impact facility accreditation
Conducting scheduled field reviews of the Organizations physical security posture
Conducting periodic scheduled and unscheduled visits to the company offices and facilities to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
_Administration:-
_Planning and managing facility management services, administrative support functions of all office premises, storage facilities, infrastructure, MEP services etc.
Consistently monitored all the support operations for excellent service delivery and cost effective operations.
Lead role in capacity planning for operations in tune with the present and future business requirement.
Developing vendor evaluation tools and checks on statutory compliance
Planned and budgeted administration expenses and working towards minimizing operational costs.
Ensure Safety standards are maintained as per the Organizational Safety Policy.
To ensure 100% Compliance of all office premises, storage facilities.
Interact with Vendors and be part of AMC negotiations wherever required.
Lead team comprising of Facility and Fire amp; Safety, Security, Housekeeping amp; Horticulture.
_Functions / Day to Day Activities:
- _Monitor and maintain offices and facilities as per compliance standards in safety- security, Hygiene etc.
- Calendar of independent office premises, facilities visit._
Requirements
Administrative Manager Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
· Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
· Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
· Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
