As a QA Lead (Quality Assurance Lead), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products or services within the organization. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the testing efforts of the QA team, defining and implementing testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
• Testing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure the quality of software products.
• Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to understand product requirements and define test plans and test cases accordingly.
• Test Execution: Oversee and participate in the execution of test cases, conduct manual and automated tests, and ensure proper defect tracking and management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the QA process, tools, and techniques to optimize testing efforts and increase product quality.
• Risk Management: Identify and communicate potential risks associated with software releases and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting: Define and monitor key quality metrics, generate test reports, and provide insights to stakeholders on the product's quality status.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs for the QA team and organize training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Industry Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance, and apply them to improve the QA process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience of minimum 3 years in QA
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing the testing process.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test manual frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
