We are currently seeking an Executive - Credit Control Mumbai (RI) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the credit control function, ensuring timely collections for the company in Mumbai. Responsibilities
- Identify outstanding account receivables.Take actions in order to encourage timely payments.
- Collection of Old Dues amp; Control Flow of outstanding beyond 90 Days
- Customer meetings, Email follow up amp; Calls required to discuss their overdue payments. Resolve billing issues amp; customer credit issues
- Maintain DSO as per the Target given
- Timely clearance of suspense to avoid reco
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
- Coordination with Internal departments such as sales, Operation amp; Finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of credit control and financial analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
