8. To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
9. To record the reaction of the customer for the IELTS Classes including their details.
10. To direct the leads to the field sales team when required
11. To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with company.
12. To maintain service quality by following the standard norms of the company.
13. To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
14. Report to IELTS Counsellor every day.
