Job Description

Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management Pvt Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate and eager to join a fast-growing company. The chosen candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers and helping them find the best solution to fit their needs. They will also be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential and existing customers
  • Identify business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and tactics
  • Record and maintain accurate customer data and provide regular updates to the sales team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
