About role:

Exciting opportunity for a Problem amp; Incident Consultant to be part of our integral team and be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Aside from your ability to analyse and improve business problems, you’ll come with exceptional stakeholder management skills and have worked on delivering multiple concurrent projects whilst dealing with various technical teams.

Requirements

Skills and experience

  • We are looking for a Problem amp; Incident Consultant with experience amp; commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent and proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in ITIL environment and ITIL framework is mandatory.
  • Experience in the practical application of incident management and change management
  • Demonstrative of customer service qualities
  • Excellent data analytics skills and Commercial judgement
  • Strong documentation and intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a thirst for creating and developing new solution


A day in the life

  • Continuous development and improvement of processes and act as subject matter expert to provide guidance and training to teams
  • Work closely with different business units
  • Participate in the Risk Management framework
  • Analysing service and performance data to identify areas where transformation is required
  • Execute defined service delivery activities within the scope of the processes and procedures
